Canon releases firmware updates for EOS-1D Mark IV and Rebel T2i/550D

Canon has released firmware updates for its EOS-1D Mark IV and EOS Rebel T2i/550D digital SLRs. Firmware v1.0.8 for both cameras fixes a bug in the movie mode. The update for the EOS 1D Mark IV also corrects misspellings in the French and Spanish language menus. The latest versions are available for immediate download from Canon's website.

Firmware changes

Firmware Version 1.0.8 incorporates the following fixes.

1. Fixes a phenomenon in which the set aperture moves unexpectedly when shooting movies in manual exposure mode using some Canon lenses (such as macro lenses).
2. Corrects misspellings in the French and Spanish menus for applicable products.

The Version 1.0.8 firmware is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.6. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.0.8, it is not necessary to update the firmware. Note that cameras with the Version 1.0.8 firmware cannot be downgraded to a previous firmware version (such as Version 1.0.6).

Firmware Version 1.0.8 incorporates the following fixes.

1. Fixes a phenomenon in which the set aperture moves unexpectedly when shooting movies in manual exposure mode using some Canon lenses (such as macro lenses).

The Version 1.0.8 firmware is for cameras with firmware up to Version 1.0.7. If the camera's firmware is already Version 1.0.8, it is not necessary to update the firmware.

ทำไม่เป็นครับ

550D ท่านใด test แล้ว รบกวนแนะนำด้วยครับ ช่วงนี้ถ่ายอย่างเดียวไท่มีเวลา up เลยครับ

เพื่อความชัวร์ผมขอรอข่าวจากศูนย์แคนนอนไทยแลนด์ก่อนดีกว่าครับ...แต่ถ้าใครUpไปแล้วช่วยรายงานผลด้วยนะครับอยากรู้

ไม่ได้ลืมครับ แต่ไม่ทำตลาดแล้ว  (เขียนตัวใหญ่ไปรึเปล่า) 550Dคงอยู่อีกไม่เกินสองปี และคงไม่UP firmwareอีกแล้ว นอกจากคู่แข่งออกยาแรงๆมา


ผมโชคดีมาก ที่ตอน500Dออก ผมไม่มีตังค์พอดี 5555
